COMBAT BOOT MK2 GTX Ws shoes are high women's tactical footwear for employees of uniformed services, soldiers and private military contractors, they provide comfort during long marches. To ensure a perfect fit, the lasts of the COMBAT BOOT MK2 GTX Ws have been specially designed with the anatomy of the female foot in mind. The upper extends to the ankle for a combination of stability and great freedom of movement. The upper uses a combination of highly abrasion-resistant, breathable CORDURA® material and smooth leather. Thanks to the LOWA® RAYFLECT® technology, smooth leather also reflects sunlight, so the inside of the shoe heats up more slowly, especially in black shoes. This feature makes it easier to work outdoors, especially in summer. The COMBAT BOOT MK2 GTX Ws offers full ankle protection thanks to its certified system with PORON® technology. The high-quality VIBRAM® Vanguard rubber sole meets the highest anti-slip standards. Slip protection is primarily determined by the construction and rubber compound of the outsole. The shoe provides optimal protection against slipping on slippery, wet and oily surfaces and good traction in the field. A comfortable polyurethane midsole with integrated arch support ensures comfort during very long walks. The COMBAT BOOT MK2 GTX Ws offers weather protection even in unstable conditions thanks to its GORE-TEX Performance Comfort footwear membrane. Thanks to the dual-zone lacing system of the COMBAT BOOT MK2 GTX Ws, the forefoot and shaft have their own individually adjustable lacing zones. This allows the shoe to be individually adapted to the anatomy of the foot and lacing in different ways when going up and down. The COMBAT BOOT MK2 GTX Ws features closed lacing hooks. They guide the laces very securely and prevent them from catching in contact with objects.
