5.11® Skyweight 36L Pack Backpack - Volcanic

The 5.11® Skyweight Pack with a capacity of 36 liters is a medium-sized backpack from the Skyweight product line, designed with the aim of reducing weight while maintaining maximum capacity and functionality. 5.11 Skyweight products offer an excellent solution primarily for outdoor activities and everyday carry (EDC), but they are equally well-suited for the shooting range. The minimalist, single-compartment construction of the backpack is crafted from 330D Nylon Ripstop fabric. Although this material is incredibly lightweight, it also provides immense durability, ensuring that the backpack will easily endure years of daily use, even in the most challenging conditions. The main compartment of the backpack is secured with a dual-zipper clam shell design, allowing for convenient packing and easy access to the entire gear. An additional front pocket is perfect for carrying smaller, everyday accessories. On the front of the backpack, there's also an open, elongated pocket designed to accommodate a jacket. On the sides of the backpack, two flexible bottle pockets are located, and above them, two adjustable compression straps serve to stabilize a tripod or trekking equipment. The backpack also includes a rain cover stowed in the lower pocket. The carrying system of the 5.11 Skyweight 36L Pack consists of sturdy, reinforced straps and a back panel with reinforcement and a ventilation system based on foam spacer panels. This arrangement effectively distributes the weight of the carried equipment, ensuring exceptional comfort even during long hikes. An essential element of the system is also the wide hip belt, which features laser-cut MOLLE slots, allowing for the attachment of additional pouches or containers for smaller gear. This belt can also be completely detached and used as a third-line belt.

The backpack is available in two sizes of the carrying system. The appropriate size is recommended based on measurements of chest circumference (from navel to collarbone at the neck) and waist circumference. If the measurements fall between two size ranges, selecting the smaller size is advised:

Size L/XL: Chest Circumference: 48-56 cm, Waist Circumference: 81-122 cm.
