The Crusader Plate Carrier ROC Gen. 4 tactical vest is made of high-quality Cordura laminate. The materials used guarantee both resistance to mechanical damage and full comfort during use. The vest consists of two panels, front and back, which are connected and adjustable thanks to Velcro hems on the suspenders, as well as ROC (Rapid Open Connector) buckles. The Crusader Plate Carrier tactical vest is available in one size and each is adapted to carry SAPI / ESAPI ballistic plates with a maximum size of 25 x 30 cm for size M. They are mounted in two pockets. The entire surface of the vest, instead of being trimmed with MOLLE/PALS tapes, has laser-cut slots, which still allows any configuration of pouches and trays. The back of the vest is adapted to fasten panels with zippers. The inner part of the Plate Carrier has special spacer panels that are designed to improve air circulation and comfort of use when fully loaded. Velcro ID sewn on the front panel for patches or infrared identifiers. There are also adjustable loops on both sides of the front panel for routing radio cables or hydration tubes. The set also includes redesigned, Velcro-mounted shoulder pads that allow for even distribution of the weight of the entire vest. In the lower section there is a wide Cummerbund belt, which consists of two layers of laminate, with additional stiffening. This ensures adequate rigidity of the structure even under heavy loads. Skeleton construction provides excellent ventilation during use. In addition, it is possible to mount side ballistic shields by attaching them to pockets adapted for this purpose. The pocket fastening system by threading tapes between the laminate layers eliminates the risk of abrasion during use. The belt is fastened by pulling it through a pass-through pocket on the back panel and fastened on the panel with two ROC buckles. The product should be cleaned according to the manufacturer's instructions at a temperature of up to 30 degrees C. It is also advisable to clean it with a damp sponge or Cordura cleaning and care products instead of washing.
