M-Tac® Gladiator Helm Patch (Embroidery) - Black

The Gladiator On Helmet patch (Embroidered) from the M-Tac brand bears the motto "Kill or Die!" transporting us back to the times of ancient Rome, where gladiators were courageous warriors fighting not only for recognition but, above all, for life and freedom granted by the emperor in case of victory in combat. A skilled gladiator, displaying bravery in battle, proficiency in wielding weapons, and a disregard for pain and death, could earn the acclaim of the audience and secure their freedom. On the patch, designers depicted the helmet of the Mirmillo gladiator against the backdrop of two crossed swords known as gladius. It is from this weapon that gladiators received their famous name. The Mirmillo, a gladiator enjoying various privileges, primarily for courage and mastery. Their helmets were characterized by a broad brim and a distinctive crest resembling a fish's tail. The upper part of the helmet had a peculiar curve with the inner part facing forward and a groove for a plume made of horsehair. Today, the patch also symbolizes a set of beliefs and moral principles, such as "kill or be killed." Crafted from high-quality Cordura 500D material, known for its resistance to mechanical damage and sunlight. The design is applied using colorful embroidery, adding elegance to the patch. It attaches to equipment using Velcro.
