The Heavy Duty Kukri machete by Condor Tool & Knife® is an extremely durable bushcraft knife inspired by the traditional Nepalese kukri — a curved blade weapon historically used by the Gurkhas. Designed as a full-tang survival tool, this large outdoor knife is built for demanding camp tasks and heavy-duty use. The blade is crafted from tough 1075 high-carbon steel, known for its solid edge retention, excellent toughness, and high wear resistance. It features a satin finish and a robust convex grind, which enhances cutting efficiency and prevents the blade from getting stuck in the material — ideal for chopping and splitting wood. The medium-length, forward-curving blade measures 6 mm thick and widens toward the tip, producing high kinetic energy on impact.
