Templars Gear Training Plate is a contoured training insert for Plate Carrier tactical vests. The inserts are perfect for training, where the weight of the set will be kept and at the same time there is no risk of damaging the ballistic plates. The plates are made of extremely durable high-density rubber with a steel core (2.5 kg version only) for extra weight. The discs will not crack when hit, dropped or impacted. They are designed to replicate the weight, shape, curvature and thickness of 25x30 cm (10x12 ”) ballistic plates which are more comfortable to wear than standard single curved plates. Cartridges are sold individually and are available in two weights - standard 2.5 kg / 5.5 lb (25 mm / 1 "thick) and lightweight 1.5 kg / 3.3 lb (20 mm / 0.78" thick).
ATTENTION: The discs only play the role of a weight, which is to increase the realism and intensity of sports training! Under no circumstances should it be used as ballistic protection!
